Newcastle, WA is one of Western Washington’s growing communities, with 36% population growth since 2000. There are several new home communities in Newcastle, reflecting the increasing demand for homes in the area. Two of the new home communities in Newcastle are built by popular builders in the Western Washington area, Toll Brothers CamWest and Conner Homes. Both builders currently have homes available for purchase.
Trails at Newcastle: this 28 single-family home development is located off the Coal Creek Parkway. The homes, available in a variety of floorplans, are built by Conner Homes. Home sizes range from 1,900 to 3,200 square feet. The neighborhood is slated for the Issaquah County School District. Currently, one home is available in the neighborhood.
Newcastle Vista: built by DR Horton, this community of 13 single family homes is a 20-minute commute from Bellevue. With several floorplans that reach up to 5,600 square feet, there are two homes available in this community as of this writing.
