    160-Unit Residential Project Near Pike Place Market

    Seattle city records show that Brick Road Holdings, LLC, is planning a 160-unit, seven story residential project at 2134 Western Avenue in Belltown. The project is part of a major renovation of the area, spurred by the removal of the Alaskan Way Viaduct.

    Project team member Clark Design Group, based in Seattle, which submitted preliminary drawings of the project to the city, has reportedly named the project the Elara.
