    Located in Issaquah, The Brownstones are Polygon Northwest's newest community of townhomes. As of this writing on July 28, 2014, there are 10 homes for sale in the community. Available in three floorplans, these three- and four-bedroom townhomes are located at the urban center of the Issaquah Highlands, an award winning planned community of 7,000 people.

    Each home also has a one or two car garage and 2-3.4 bathrooms, depending on the floorplan. The community is within the Issaquah School District, and is slated for Clark Elementary, Pacific Cascade Middle School and Issaquah High School.
