Benjamin Ryan Communities, the fifth most active home builder in Western Washington, is building nine new communities. The builder already has 75 homes for sale as of this writing and 23 homes pending.
The new communities include Devonshire, Hidden Creek Estates and the Reserve, all new homes in Tacoma, Palermo, Solstice and Terra Vista, new homes in Sumner and Victor Falls Estates, new homes in Bonney Lake.
The communities in Tacoma range in size; Canterbury Gardens, located on the corner of Military Road E and 44th Ave E, has 18 plots on a cul-de-sac. The Reserve, located on the corner of 176th Street East and 38th Avenue Court East, has been split in to multiple tracts; the first tract to be developed is composed of six lots.
Palermo in Sumner, which is a community located on the corner of Valley Avenue and Rivergrove Drive right along the Puyallup River, is a larger community with 29 lots. Solstice has 24 lots and Terra Vista 29.
Victor Falls in Bonney Lake, located along Rhodes Lake Road East, has 23 lots available.
In addition to building these new communities, Benjamin Ryan is active in existing new communities such as Falling Water in Bonney Lake, which has 11 available listings, and Kendall Ridge in Auburn, which has seven available listings.
