Bryant is located about six miles northeast of downtown Seattle. The neighborhood encompasses NE. 47th Ave St. to NE 70th St, though the majority of available properties will sit on the north side of this region.
Bryant has an eclectic mix of homes built in the 1950s and 60s and some, newer builds. Many ramblers built there in the 70s have classic, Roman brick facades, while new, modern builds stand taller, at 2-3 stories and use more modern materials.
